a step-by-step program for creating your website all broken down into small tasks, plus tips and resources to keep your website up to date and constantly working for you
This virtual program is for you whether you’re just starting out and you’re ready to start setting up a website to show off your virtual assistant skills or if you’re an experienced service provider and you want to tweak your existing website to attract new clients or offer additional services.
We get lots of questions here at VA Helper, but among the things we’re asked most often are, “Do I need a website?” (The answer to that is yes, you do.) “What should I put on it? Can you help me?!” This program was created to help answer all of those questions and to help you with your website no matter where you’re at in the process.
We’re going to go from beginning to finished website, and beyond – because even when you have a full website up and running, it’s never actually finished. This program was previously delivered as an e-course, but is now fully available here on the site for you to go through at your own pace as you work on your website.

Please note that this is not a deeply technical program.
We’re focusing more on the content of the pages and getting your services noticed. We will be using WordPress as our content management system for building the sites and we’ll go over some general details and include resources if you’re interested in learning more in-depth use of WordPress for websites.
That said, I don’t want you to get hung up on technical issues either. If you find yourself needing help with any of these things, we’ll work through it together. Just leave a comment on that section or send me an email. Even if it’s something small, if you’re feeling stuck or frustrated, don’t be afraid to ask for more help.
I’ve never set up a website before, can I still go through this program?
Absolutely. Everyone has a different skill set, that’s why we’re here to help each other! If something comes up in the process and you feel stuck on it, drop me a note and let me know and we’ll get you unstuck. If I don’t have a proper answer for you out of my own brain and resource list, I will go out and find the answer for you.
